I like the way they have you give them at least one star before you can even put a review on here. Here's my experience I took my vehicle in for an oil consumption test. 2 days after I had my oil changed, they told me I had to have it changed again so they could start the test and they charged me to do it. I had to take the car back every Thousand Miles they checked it twice then they told me that it passed the test. but when I take my car in to have the oil changed at another 3000 Miles if it was low tell the guys do not change the oil to take it back to Moran's and they will contact GM to have the problem fixed because it was under a recall. So I did what they asked me to do I drove it back to Moran's because it was low no oil on the dipstick. Then they told me they had to start the test over because I went 3000 Miles without them checking it. So now I'm at another Chevy dealer, now they're doing the oil consumption test, they said I never had to have the oil changed to do the test they just had to make sure that it was full, and they're going to check it every 1,000 miles four to five times not just twice. I feel like Moran's ripped me off for an oil change they did a half-ass job checking out my car I think they just didn't want to do the work and I just got blown off will never ever go back there again.
